Witte (Anderson's college roommate) as chief of the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Library (Tape 299A); and recalling Wisconsin politics and making reference to Witte, Charles McCarthy, Robert M. La Follette, Sr., William T. Evjue, and Joseph R. McCarthy (Tape 300A).
